  • Pre-Order & Made-to-Order

    Pre-order and made-to-order items will ship once stock becomes available. The delivery timeframe will be listed in the product description of the item. You will receive an email with tracking once your order has been shipped. Place Pre-Order and made-to-order items separately from In-stock items if you’d like your In-stock items to ship sooner.

    Pre-order and made-to-order shipping dates are subject to delays. If something happens to increase the likelihood of delays, we will be transparent about it and inform you in advance.

    Pre-orders / Made-to-order products are not eligible for cancellation, refunds, or exchanges.


    Sizing

    Sizing varies by style. Please read the product description or contact us, and we will provide you with the item measurements. 

  • Shipping

    In-stock orders are typically shipped within 5-7 business days; however, orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


    Returns & Exchanges

    All Products are handmade, and due to the exclusive nature of the merchandise, all sales are final. Please check that the chosen product sizing, shipping address, and billing address you submit are correct, as they cannot be modified or changed. As orders cannot be modified, they can only be canceled if there are critical errors in your order. Stock is not available for size corrections and/or exchanges. If you receive the wrong item/size from what was ordered, or your item is damaged, please email us within seven days. Returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, marks, use, or any condition other than new. Items must have the original tags and packaging. Returned items received in any other condition will be returned at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon. If an item is unavailable for replacement or repair, you will receive store credit, excluding shipping costs. Credit will only be issued upon receipt of the returned item.

  • International Shipping/Customs

    We ship worldwide. However, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order deemed potentially fraudulent by our payment system. International shipping prices vary by country and the weight of your order. Dream Mode is not responsible for customs charges, fees, etc. Customs charges are different for every country. We have no control over customs charges, taxes, or fees. International discrepancies are returned to our facility using any method of your choice at your expense.

     

    Lost Packages

    Dream Mode is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address to which we have shipped your order, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. We are not responsible for packages lost by the mail couriers, and you will have to reach out directly to the courier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) to open a missing package claim with them. They can better assist in locating your package, as we have no visibility on it once it leaves our warehouse. However, If you’re still having issues, contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in finding a solution. 


    Invalid or Insufficient Address

    If your items are returned because of an invalid or insufficient address, we will charge you to reship your package. If you do not want your package to be reshipped, you will be issued a store credit for the order total, and the shipping amount will be deducted from your store credit amount.
